JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark: What to Expect From Your Airport Pickup
Airport pickups are the trip where reliability matters most — you're either trying to make a flight or you've just landed and want to get moving. Here's what actually happens on our end.
Before you land
Once your trip is booked, we track your flight number. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your pickup time adjusts automatically — you don't need to call and update us.
At arrivals
Your driver is at arrivals when you land, with a sign or a text waiting for you, depending on which you prefer. For international arrivals, we build in extra time for customs and baggage claim.
Which airport, and why it matters
JFK: the busiest of the three, six terminals — we confirm your specific terminal before pickup day
LaGuardia: the shortest hop for most of Manhattan, and typically our most competitive flat rate
Newark (EWR): a longer haul from most of the city, so tunnel or bridge tolls are quoted upfront
Luggage and group size
Let us know your bag count and party size when you book. It's how we make sure the right vehicle — Suburban, Expedition, or our Sprinter for larger groups — shows up instead of something too small.
Have a flight this week? Call or text (917) 426-8260 and we'll confirm your flat rate.
